The R580 delivers greater accuracy in a wide range of environments with the field-proven Trimble Maxwell™ 7 chipset technology, which enables fast processing, anti-spoofing capability, and the ability to track all available GNSS satellite constellations. That means more uptime using the system and more productivity for job crews.

The R580 is powered by the industry-leading Trimble ProPoint® GNSS technology and the following satellite systems and correction sources:

• GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System
• CenterPoint RTX
• Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS) such as WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, and QZSS
• RTK using UHF radio links (CMRx /RTCM)
• Virtual Reference Station (VRS)
